How we do it

Every search begins with an in-depth interview to identify the specific requirements of your position.  This includes not only the functions and duties of the position at hand, but other attributes such as corporate culture, geographics and other nuances that paint the broader picture of your needs.

Once understood, we build a search profile specific to your position.  Rather than post your information through generic sources and wait for responses, we actively contact individuals with initial matching skills, discuss the position at hand and assess their active interest.  Through our continued dialog with you, we can dial in the likes, dislikes and priorities so that backgrounds submitted meet your criteria.  By the time you receive a background from us, we've identified and cleared many of the main obstacles and concerns.
