How we do it

In order to do our job correctly, we need to understand your specific professional requirements and geographical and lifestyle desires. Once a search begins we match the needs of the client to candidates within our group. We call you and discuss the position particulars, being as in-depth as we can to the duties and responsibilities of the position. If interested, we collect a profile with specific questions relating to the position so that we can present you to the client in the most honest and best light.
We work with you throughout the interviewing process, providing feedback and insight as it is gathered. Through our continued dialog with you, we can clarify concerns and shed light on new information regarding the position so that if an offer is made you can assess it intelligently with as many of the facts in hand as possible.
